[NDPS Act] Delhi High Court allows Zimbabwean woman to furnish cash instead of surety for bail
The High Court said that it would amount to violation of human rights if a foreign national is denied benefit of depositing cash to secure bail merely because apprehension is expressed that she is likely to escape.
