NCDRC junks plea against Mercedes over non-deployment of airbags

The NCDRC noted that the seat belt was required to be fastened for the airbags to deploy and that there was evidence to indicate that this was not done during the accident.

The National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC) recently dismissed a complaint filed against car manufacturer Mercedes Benz India by a man who sought compensation for the non-deployment of airbags in his vehicle during an accidental collision.
