[National Food Security Act] Supreme Court upholds West Bengal government's decision to cancel Fair Price Shop vacancies

The Supreme Court held that by recalling the vacancy of FPS, the State Government was trying to enforce the Act, which included in its ambit, a responsibility to reform the existing Targeted Distribution System.
