NALSA launches pan-India campaign to identify juvenile prisoners, provide them legal aid

The campaign with assist them in filing necessary applications for claiming juvenility before the appropriate court and facilitating their transfer to Child Care Institutions in identified cases.

The National Legal Services Authority (NALSA) headed by Justice Sanjiv Khanna of Supreme Court has launched a pan-India campaign titled "Restoring the Youth," aimed at identifying juveniles in prisons and providing them with legal assistance required to prove their juvenility before courts.
