The Bombay High Court on Friday directed the Mumbai Police not to take any coercive action against IPS officer Rashmi Shukla in connection with the alleged phone tapping of Shiv Sena leader Sanjay Raut and Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) leader Eknath Khadse.
