Mumbai court grants bail to Nawab Malik in defamation complaint by BJP leader Mohit Bharatiya

Bharatiya had complained that Malik made false statements against him and his family members by alleging that the NCB had not pursued the case against Bharatiya's brother-in-law only because of BJP's influence.
