Motor Vehicles Act: Punjab & Haryana High Court urges MACTs to guide victims in choosing best remedy

The Court issued several guidelines, including one urging MACTs to advise claimants to choose the remedy under Section 166 of the MV Act (instead of filing a no-fault claim) if their opponent's negligence can be proved.
