The legal representatives of Luthra & Luthra Founder Rajiv Luthra and the firm's former Senior Partner Mohit Saraf have settled their disputes, the Delhi High Court has been informed..Counsel for the two parties appeared before Justice Prateek Jalan on May 10 and said that since the disputes have been resolved, they want to withdraw the petitions. May 10 marks one year from the date of Luthra's passing."Parties were referred to mediation by order dated 08.01.2024.
