The Karnataka High Court on Tuesday granted bail to two accused persons in the murder case of scholar MM Kalburgi..Justice MG Uma granted bail to Vasudev Bhagwan Suryavanshi and Amit Baddi, accused of having stolen the bike that was used by the shooter in Kalburgi's murder.The Court noted that the original case of theft was already compounded years ago and in the present case, only 10 out of 138 witnesses had been examined."The prosecution cannot give a clear timeline of when the trial will conclude.
