Mere pendency of criminal case not sufficient to reject passport application: Allahabad High Court
A division bench of Justice Mahesh Chandra Tripathi and Justice Prashant Kumar directed the passport authorities to decide the application of the petitioner for the issuance of a passport within six weeks.
