Mentioning should be made only before Registrar, CJI Ranjan Gogoi

Chief Justice of India Ranjan Gogoi today reiterated the need to do away with the practice of oral mentioning. The practice of seeking urgent hearing of matters by mentioning the matters consumes a lot of judicial time, CJI Gogoi opined.
