Mega Legal Services Camp organised by Delhi State Legal Services Authority, 5000 people attend

The Delhi State Legal Services Authority (DSLSA) in collaboration with the District Legal Services Authority (DLSA) organized a “Mega Legal Services” camp on February 3 at Kendriya Vidyalaya, Vigyan Vihar..Acting Chief Justice of the Delhi High Court, Gita Mittal along with the Executive Chairman of the DSLSA inaugurated the camp. The camp also witnessed the presence of many dignitaries which included District Judges, senior members of the Bar, senior politicians and police officials..The focus of the camp was on the motto of increasing “Justice for all.” The motto was adopted by the Delhi High Court in its Golden Jubilee celebration..The legal aid camp was attended by approximately five thousand people who availed many benefits of the legal aid services..Several Kiosks were installed by the government for the convenience of public which included kiosks for Aadhar cards, senior citizens schemes, senior citizen legal assistance, labour laws assistance, Tihar Jail Haat, Delhi Police assistance and banking and traffic assistance..The DSLSA and DLSA assured the people who attended the camp that the DSLSA and the Delhi High Court is committed to provide Justice at doorstep and delivering justice for all in a qualitative manner..The DSLSA also said that it will organize such legal aid camps in different parts of the city in the near future..Read the press release below.
