MCA notifies posting of 30 NCLT members, Kochi Bench gets two members [Read Notification]

The Ministry of Corporate Affairs has notified the place of posting for 12 Judicial Members and 18 Technical Members to various Benches of the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT)..Notably, two members, one judicial member and one technical member, have been posted to the Kochi Bench of the NCLT. The notification constituting the Kochi Bench had been issued in July last year. The notification had also indicated that the Bench would start functioning in August the same year.
