Malegaon Blast: Bombay High Court rejects discharge plea of Lt. Colonel Prasad Purohit

A bench of Justices AS Gadkari and PD Naik rejected the discharge application and observed that Purohit was not on duty when he was attending meetings of Abhinav Bharat where conspiracy for the blasts were hatched.
