"Magistrate not post office to forward all complaints without scrutiny:" Kerala High Court quashes POCSO case against Public Prosecutor
The Court held that under Section 156(3) CrPC, Magistrates have to protect the rights of the accused while forwarding a complaint for police investigation as the accused is not offered a chance of hearing at the stage.
