Madras High Court’s Justice KN Basha appointed as IPAB Chairman

Justice KN Basha, who retired from the Madras High Court in May this year, has been appointed as Chairman of the Intellectual Property Appellate Board (IPAB) according to a report in Business Standard. The appointment was made following the retirement of Justice Prabha Sreedevan, who was also a former judge of the Madras High Court.
