The Madras High Court Tuesday issued notice to the Tamil Nadu government directing it to respond to a public interest litigation petition (PIL) seeking directions to Deputy Chief Minister Udayanidhi Stalin to adhere to a “formal dress code” while attending public events and discharging his official duties.
