Madras High court directs TN Bar Council to hold Women Lawyers Association elections by September 30

Justices SM Subramaniam and C Kumarappan directed the Bar Council of Tamil Nadu and Puducherry to also appoint a woman Special Officer in case the elections get delayed.

The Madras High Court on Tuesday directed the Bar Council of Tamil Nadu and Puducherry (TN Bar Council) to conduct the elections to the Women Lawyers Association (WLA) of the Court by September 30 this year.
