He further submitted that the trial court had rejected her bail application while taking note of cases of a similar nature against her in the past. Such cases could not have been made the basis to reject her application, the Court was told. .On the contrary, the State as well as the complainant argued that the woman had a habit of lodging false and frivolous cases.
