Will not directly entertain cases under Wakf Act, parties should first approach Wakf Tribunal: Kerala High Court

The Kerala High Court recently said that in cases relating to Wakf Act, the parties must first approach the Wakf Tribunal before moving the High Court since direct writ petitions to the High Court was adding to the pendency of the Court [Hameedali v Chief Executive Officer and Ors.].
