Will keep fee to file complaints against advocates at ₹1,750 instead of ₹5,500: Uttarakhand Bar Council assures High Court

The Bar Council of Uttarakhand recently assured the Uttarakhand High Court that the total charge for entertaining complaints filed against advocates for professional misconduct will not exceed ₹1,750, until the Bar Council of India (BCI) approves the proposed fee increase to ₹5,500.
