Duty of HC Library to ensure that legislation is updated as soon as amendments are made: Karnataka High Court

When the Court asked for the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007, it noted that the legislation had not been updated with the 2018 Amendment.

It is the duty of the High Court Library to ensure that all legislation is updated as soon as amendments are made and copies of the same are sent to all High Court halls, the Karnataka High Court directed on Wednesday.
