[Prohibition of Child Marriage] There hardly seem to be any FIRs: Bombay High Court to Maharashtra government

Observing that there were hardly any first information reports (FIRs) registered against prevailing child marriages, the Bombay High Court on Monday asked the Maharashtra government to explain the steps it has taken to prohibit the practice [Child Marriage Prohibition Committee and Ors. v.
