Tablighi Jamaat: Foreigner petitioners can leave the country despite pending trials, SG Tushar Mehta tells Supreme Court

The Court was told that the trials against foreigners who took part in the Tablighi Jamaat, pending before various courts in Delhi, can be consolidated in one court.
