Inter-state distance learning ban: UGC moves Supreme Court against Madras High Court order to exempt graduates, enrolled students

The High Court had in January upheld a UGC regulation requiring universities to provide distance learning courses only within the State, but had exempted enrolled students and graduates from this rule.
