Supreme Court stays Karnataka High Court order setting aside election of DC Gowrishankar Swamy from Tumkur in 2018
In the appeal before the top court, it was argued that BJP leader B Suresh Gowda needed to prove that the election result was significantly impacted by the alleged acts, but he had failed to do so.
