Supreme Court seeks response from Attorney General on PIL to make Law Commission statutory body, fill up its vacancies

The plea, filed by advocate and BJP leader Ashwini Upadhyay through advocate Ashwani Kumar Dubey pointed out that the body has not been functioning since September 2018.
