Supreme Court refuses to entertain plea seeking declaration of cow as national animal

A bench of Justice Sanjay Kishan Kaul and Justice Abhay S Oka told the petitioner that it it not the job of the court to decide such matters, and also asked which fundamental right of the petitioner was affected.
