Supreme Court refuses to entertain PIL to remove Manu statue in Rajasthan High Court campus since matter already pending before HC

A bench of Justices Sanjiv Khanna and MM Sundresh said the top court could not hear the issue when it was pending before the Rajasthan High Court, and asked the petitioner to approach the High Court instead.
