The Supreme Court on Friday issued notice on a plea seeking directions to the Bar Council of India (BCI) and State Bar Councils across the country to collect data on lawyers who have disabilities, to further the aims of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016 [Fateh Mohit Whig v. Union of India].
