Supreme Court to examine if registry can refuse to register curative petition because review plea was heard, dismissed in open court

The applicant argued that if such refusal by registry is allowed, it will run contrary to the Supreme Court's 2002 decision in Rupa Ashok Hurra v. Ashok Hurra and Another.
