The Bench of Justices AM Khanwilkar, Hrishikesh Roy and CT Ravikumar said that merely for the convenience of some students appearing in multiple exams, NEET cannot be postponed.

The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) for undergraduate courses for the year 2021 will be held as scheduled on September 12 after the Supreme Court on Monday dismissed petitions seeking a deferment/ rescheduling of the exam.
