The Supreme Court on Friday dismissed a 2019 plea filed by a then two-year-old child, seeking directions for crackdown on illegal organ trafficking in the country and also praying for a Central Bureau of India (CBI) probe into such cases [Master Devarsh Jain v. Union of India].
