"We do not want to issue directions, we will deal with it appropriately:" Supreme Court dismisses PIL for more budgetary allocation for judiciary
A Bench of Chief Justice of India NV Ramana, and Justices AS Bopanna and Hrishikesh Roy made it clear that it does not want to interfere and issue any directions on the judicial side.
The Supreme Court on Thursday dismissed a public interest litigation petition seeking directions to the Central and State governments to allocate more funds for the judiciary to ensure its for smooth, effective and impartial functioning.
