Supreme Court dismisses Go First plea against Delhi High Court nod to aircraft lessors to access planes
A bench led by CJI DY Chandrachud underlined that Go First had already presented its arguments before a single-judge of the High Court, and thus, there was no valid reason to restrain the ongoing proceedings before him.
