The Supreme Court on Tuesday dismissed a plea moved against the Tamil Nadu government's decision to construct a 134 feet tall 'Pen' statue on Marina beach, Chennai in memory of late former Chief Minister and Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (DMK) leader M Karunanidhi.
