Supreme Court Collegium recommends transfer of Chhattisgarh High Court judge Justice P Sam Koshy to Telangana High Court after personal request

The Collegium had initially proposed that Justice P Sam Koshy be transferred to the Madhya Pradesh High Court. However, the judge then requested that he be transferred to any other High Court.
