The Supreme Court Collegium has recommended the transfer of three Calcutta High Court judges..The following are the three judges who have been recommended for a transfer to different High Courts:Justice Shekhar B Saraf to Allahabad High Court;Justice Lapita Banerji to Punjab and Haryana High Court; andJustice Bibek Chaudhuri to Patna High Court..The Collegium proposed these transfers for the ‘better administration of justice’.
