The Supreme Court Collegium on Friday reiterated its recommendation to transfer Justice Sudhir Singh from the Patna High Court, his parent High Court, to the Punjab & Haryana High Court..Today's Collegium resolution reiterated its earlier recommendation from August 3 in this regard.The resolution states that the transfer has been prposed for 'better administration of justice'. On Thursday, the Collegium had considered Justice Singh's representation against the transfer and deferred the same for the time.
