Supreme Court Collegium recommends transfer of four Gujarat High Court judges

Among those recommended for a transfer are Justice HM Prachchhak who recently rejected Rahul Gandhi's plea to stay his conviction in a defamation case and Justice Gita Gopi who earlier recused from hearing the matter.
