Summer Vacation cancelled for Jammu & Kashmir High Court, District & Subordinate Courts in summer zone of Jammu division

The decision was taken after considering severe hardships faced by the litigants in the Union Territories of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh due to the impeded functioning of the Courts on account of the COVID-19 lockdown.
