Hope State has resources to give laptops even to toddlers, but it is a matter of State policy: Madras High Court while disposing of PIL

The Madras High Court on Thursday declined to interfere in a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) petition moved for the grant of laptops to Class 12 students of the 2017-18 batch, save to express hope that one day the State has resources to give laptops even to toddlers (Kaudeen v. The Secretary and ors).
