Sushant Singh Rajput Case: Bombay High Court hears PILs against Media Trials [LIVE UPDATES]

The Bombay High Court is presently hearing PILs filed registering protest over the media trial being conducted in the reporting on the death of actor Sushant Singh Rajput.

A Bench of Chief Justice Dipankar Datta and Justice GS Kulkarni is hearing the matter.

At the previous hearing of the case, the Central government informed the Bombay High Court that it is taking all measures to come up with a robust mechanism to regulate electronic media which will also safeguard the freedom of speech.
