Slight penetration even if there is no visible injury will constitute rape: Sikkim High Court

The Sikkim High Court last week held that slight penetration of male sexual organ inside vagina will constitute rape and aggravated penetrative sexual assault even in the absence of any visible physical injury [Subash Chandra Chettri v State of Sikkim].
