Siddaramaiah files appeal in Karnataka High Court against Governor’s sanction in MUDA scam

Last month, a single-judge of the High Court had dismissed Siddaramaiah’s plea challenging the Governor’s sanction. He has now moved the Court against the single-judge order.

Chief Minister (CM) Siddaramaiah has moved the Karnataka High Court challenging the single judge’s order that upheld the sanction granted by Karnataka Governor Thawar Chand Gehlot to prosecute him in the case related to the Mysore Urban Development Authority (MUDA) scam.
