The Kerala High Court on Monday sought the response of the Bar Council of Kerala over whether Bar Council enrolments should be conducted via video conferencing in the backdrop of the continuing COVID-19 lockdown. .In this regard, a plea had come up before the Bench of Justice Anu Sivaraman this morning raising grievance over the fact that Bar Council enrolment is being indefinitely prolonged as the COVID-19 Lockdown continues (Hari Krishnan v. She asked, "You suggest an enrolment by video conferencing?".Appearing for the petitioner, Advocate S Sujin answered that this is possible. ."It is possible.
