Following Delhi High Court suggestion, Senior Advocate Harish Salve agrees to mediate between Rajiv Luthra and Mohit Saraf

Following a suggestion made by the Delhi High Court, Senior Advocate Harish Salve today agreed to mediate between Founder and Managing Partner of L&L Partners Rajiv Luthra and its Senior Partner Mohit Saraf.."Definitely, on Saturday, I will have a conversation with both", Salve told a Division Bench of Justices Rajiv Sahai Endlaw and Sanjeev Narula. .Expressing his concern over the state of affairs between the two partners, Salve remarked,"Nothing can stop Mr Luthra from saying that he's THE Mr Luthra. Mr Mohit Saraf is also a top class lawyer. It is toxic for both. Mr Saraf will grow and so will Mr Luthra...".Salve was appearing on behalf of Luthra in his appeal against the Single Judge's order staying the termination of Mohit Saraf from the L&L partnership..He stated that ultimately, the parties and stakeholders must look at enabling Saraf to "get on".."Once there is this type of bitterness...parting has to be decided. On what terms can they walk away? At the heart of the matter is two people who run a law firm. Client has the choice to be with which lawyer. That's not a problem.
