Section 17 of Senior Citizens Act will not come in way of lawyer representing parties before tribunal: Delhi High Court

The Court agreed with a decision of the Punjab & Haryana High Court that had requested the Central government to have a relook into the provision, which bars legal representation before the Maintenance Tribunal.
