Saurabh Kirpal, whose elevation as a judge was deferred by the Supreme Court Collegium three times in the past, has garnered the votes of all 31 judges of the Delhi High Court for conferment of Senior designation. .Speaking to Bar & Bench, Kirpal said,“I’m very touched by the faith that the judges have shown in me.
