Recovery of damage to public property during CAA/NRC protests, Delhi Riots: Delhi High Court issues notice

The Delhi High Court on Monday issued notice on a plea seeking recovery of damages from people involved in the destruction of public property that took place during the Delhi Riots of February 2020 as well as protests against the Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA) and the National Register of Citizens (NRC) [Hinu Mahajan and Anr v Union of India and Ors].
